Come celebrate spring with Austin Jacks! We’ll complete our return to regular events with an afterglow social at a local brewery. Come hang and get to know everyone. Per usual, everyone who attends goes through an orientation. Learn about our rules for maximum fun.
Are you new here?
We provide online orientations and in-person orientations at events. You can sign up for in-person orientation by RSVP-ing to this event. However, we prefer you jump into an online orientation for a better experience. Sign up for orientation before attending this event.
⚠️ Make sure you can attend. New attendees are banned after the third no-show (this includes being ill). No refunds.
Schedule
5:00pm (April 1) RSVPs close
4:00pm Location details and arrival info is shared
5:00pm–7:45pm Check-in and bate time (Doors close at 6:00pm*)
8:00pm–9:00pm Afterglow social meetup
*Arriving as close to start time is best. Do not arrive before start time.
RSVP
You’ll be taken to a form to fill out and RSVP with payment options. Why? This helps us run smoother, especially for regular and future regular attendees.
Please note we do not issue refunds. Admission details are in the RSVP.
First come, first served. If the RSVP form is closed, that means there are no available spots left. You’re welcome to join us if there is a social meetup attached to this event or catch the next event.
Parking and arrival info
Plenty of parking.
Please arrive before door closes (see Schedule above).
Access details (room number, venue address) will be shared by email.
Social meetup
We’ll meet up at Brewtorium after for food and drink at 8:00pm. You’re welcome to skip the main event and come hang with us after. You don’t have to pay the cover for the social mixer. Look for the Austin Jacks logo. We’ll be wearing the club shirts.
